Airline tickets
Refunds and changes follow the fare rules of the ticket you bought, which we show you before payment. Refundable fares are refunded by the airline through our IATA settlement, normally within 2 to 6 weeks of the request; the airline may deduct a cancellation fee. Non-refundable fares return only the refundable taxes. Our service fee for processing a refund or change is stated on your quote.
Umrah packages
Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted. Hotel and transport charges depend on the operator's terms: typically a full refund minus fees if cancelled well before travel, rising to the full amount in the final days. The exact schedule is printed on your package confirmation; we will not sell a package without it.
If we or a supplier cancel
If an airline cancels a flight, you receive the airline's refund or re-booking in full. If a package cannot be delivered as confirmed, you are offered an equivalent or a refund of the affected part.
