Who you are dealing with
SafirAvia, an IATA-accredited travel agency in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, Pakistan, represented by Muhammad Hasnain. These conditions apply to every quote and booking. Pakistani law governs them.
Quotes and prices
Every quote is in writing and valid for the period stated on it (airline fares usually only until the end of the day). Prices are confirmed at the moment of payment. Government taxes, airline fuel surcharges and Saudi fees can change between quote and ticketing; if they do, we tell you before you pay.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we have received cleared payment and issued the e-ticket or written package confirmation. Umrah packages normally require a deposit at booking and the balance before visa submission; the schedule is stated on your quote.
Documents and visas
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, passport numbers and dates, and for passports being valid for at least six months with blank pages. Umrah visas are issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through Nusuk; SafirAvia prepares and submits the application through licensed operators but cannot guarantee issuance or timing. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Airline tickets follow the fare rules shown to you at booking; some fares are non-refundable. Package cancellation charges depend on hotel and operator terms and are listed on your confirmation. Our full policy is on the refunds and cancellations page.
Our responsibility
We act as agent for airlines, hotels, transport and licensed Umrah operators. We are responsible for booking correctly what you approved in writing and for helping you when things go wrong. Airline delays, schedule changes, hotel service and visa decisions are the responsibility of those providers. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
UK residents
SafirAvia is not a UK ATOL holder. If you are a UK resident buying a flight-inclusive package, we tell you in writing which financial protection applies before you pay.
Complaints
Contact Muhammad Hasnain on 0300 0399322 first. Most issues are solved the same day. Unresolved complaints may be raised with the airline or the Pakistan Ministry of Religious Affairs (for Umrah operators) as applicable.
