SafirAvia serves three different UK-based Umrah situations, and it is worth being clear about which one applies to you, because the booking route is different for each. First, UK Pakistanis who want to arrange and pay for Umrah for parents or family who are already in Pakistan. Second, UK families who want to fly out and join a group departure from Islamabad or Lahore rather than travelling from a UK airport. Third, straightforward UK-Pakistan flight tickets for family visits that happen to be timed around an Umrah trip.
Since August 2025, UK passport holders can book Umrah visa and hotel directly on the Nusuk platform without going through a Pakistani operator — a real change from the Pakistani-passport process described elsewhere on this site. That means a UK-passport pilgrim booking their own Umrah from London has more direct options than a Pakistani-passport pilgrim booking from Lahore. SafirAvia can still arrange the trip for you either way.
Booking Umrah for parents in Pakistan
This is the most common request we get from UK Pakistanis: pay in the UK, send your parents on Umrah from Pakistan. We build the package exactly as we would for a Pakistan-based client — Nusuk hotel, visa through a licensed Pakistani operator, and flights from Islamabad, Lahore or Karachi — and we send you the full itinerary and payment confirmation so you can track everything from the UK. See our city pages for Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.
Joining a group departure from Pakistan
Some UK families prefer to fly to Pakistan first, visit relatives, and then join a group Umrah departure from Islamabad or Lahore rather than flying directly from the UK — often because it is cheaper overall, or because the whole extended family is travelling together from one city. We can coordinate your UK-Pakistan flight and your Umrah group departure so the dates line up.
Flying direct from a UK airport
If you would rather fly Umrah directly from the UK, London and Manchester both have nonstop Saudia service to Jeddah, and PIA has been expanding UK-Pakistan direct routes, including London Heathrow from Islamabad and Lahore. See London and Manchester for route detail, and Birmingham if you are travelling via a connection.
The ATOL question
SafirAvia is a Pakistan-based agency and is not ATOL protected; before you pay for any UK flight-inclusive package, we will state clearly in writing what financial protection, if any, applies to your booking. If you are booking a flight-inclusive package from a UK airport, UK consumer protection rules (ATOL) generally require the seller to hold ATOL cover for that specific type of booking. Ask us directly which protection applies before you pay — we would rather answer this clearly than have you assume a protection that isn't there.
UK-Pakistan flight tickets
PIA now operates London Heathrow Terminal 4 flights from Islamabad and Lahore, and Manchester-Islamabad and Manchester-Lahore routes, with London-Islamabad fares from around £480 return and Manchester-Islamabad from around £506 return on the open market. We can ticket these directly for a family visit, an Umrah connection, or both in one trip.
How to book from the UK
WhatsApp 0300 0399322 (works from the UK on WhatsApp) with which of the three situations above applies to you — parents in Pakistan, joining a Pakistan group, or flying direct from a UK airport — and we will send the right options rather than a generic quote.
